Maintenance

Clean equipment, run water through grouphead, and scrub off loose coffee. Backflush groups with cleaning powder (dime-sized amount) using blind screen. Run machine for 10 seconds on, 10 seconds off, repeating 5 times. Repeat process without powder. Clean portafilters. Weekly: Clean steam wands with liquid cleaner.
