Welcome to Goodlife Coffee Company, a mobile barista coffee company. These terms and conditions govern your use of our services, which include any coffee-based products, coffee- catering, and any other related services you may order. By using our services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Definitions
We/Us/Our: Refers to Goodlife Coffee Company. You/Customer: Refers to the individual or business purchasing or using our services. Services: Refers to our mobile barista coffee services including, but not limited to, coffee-catering events and direct-to-customer sales.
Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in our services, whether by making a purchase, booking us for an event, or requesting a service, you accept and agree to these terms and conditions.
Services Provided
We provide a mobile barista service offering a variety of hot and cold beverages and other coffee-related products. Our services are available for private and corporate events, catering, and individual purchases at designated locations. Event Services: Any event booking will be subject to availability, and a formal booking agreement will be required. Menu & Products: Our menu is subject to change based on availability of ingredients and seasonal offerings. Locations & Operating Hours: We operate at different locations. Operating hours for our home office may be found at our website.
Booking and Payment Terms
Event Bookings: To secure our services for an event, a signed contract and payment is required prior to the date of the event. Pricing: Our prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings or orders. Payment Methods: We accept Checks, Zelle, Credit Card (3.5% processing fee as per chase merchant service will be charged for credit card purchases). Payments for event bookings are due before the event date, unless otherwise agreed. Cancellations and Refunds: Event cancellations made within 14 days of the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No refund will be provided within 7 days of the event. Refunds are only available in certain limited circumstances and remain at our discretion. Event & Service Modifications. We reserve the right to modify the services offered due to weather conditions, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated as early as possible. We cannot operate outdoors if the temperature exceeds 90 degrees fahrenheit or if it falls below 50 degrees fahrenheit. We cannot operate in the rain unless adequate coverage against water exposure is available
Changes to event bookings (time, location, or service scope) must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Customer Responsibilities
Event Setup: Customers are responsible for ensuring that the chosen venue provides us with guaranteed and unrestricted use of suitable electrical outlets for us to properly start, power and operate our coffee machines including 2 traditional independent 110 volt outlets, Each with separate circuit breakers, 6×6 work space, a trash bin, and any necessary permits for operating a mobile coffee service. Corporate clients must provide us with a sample COI ( certificate of insurance) 1 week prior to the event. If you desire to use branded artwork for your event, then you have a responsibility to provide Us with the artwork custom carts, branded cups, and vinyl stickers no later than one week prior to the event; and latte printer logos are due 48 hours prior to the Event. All costs relating to the artwork use will be your responsibility. Safety: Customers and event attendees must adhere to any safety guidelines provided by Us. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions While we take care to label ingredients accurately, cross-contamination may occur, and we cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies before placing an order or booking an event. Even with prior notice, we are not responsible for one of your guests is exposed and has an allergic reaction to any food-based allergens like nuts, oat milk, soy, or dairy.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from the consumption of our products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct. You agree and accept that our total maximum liability in the event of a claim will be limited to the value of the services provided.
Intellectual Property
All content, including our logo, branding, and any materials provided by us remain exclusively our intellectual property and may not be used or reproduced without our prior written consent.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. Information collected from bookings or transactions will only be used for providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in our obligations due to events outside of our control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, labor strikes, labor shortages, acts of god, or government regulations.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be deemed as acceptance of any modified terms.
Miscellaneous
Entire Agreement. In addition to any contract or booking note that you may sign with Us, these terms and conditions represent the entire agreement, and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings between you and the Us regarding the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between these terms and any other agreement you may have with Us, the terms of that other agreement will prevail only if these terms are specifically identified and declared to be overridden by such other agreement. Assignment. These terms and conditions will be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their permitted successors and permitted assigns. You may not assign or transfer any of your rights or obligations under these terms and conditions without our prior written consent including an assignment by operation of law or in connection with any change of control. We may assign or transfer any or all of your rights under these terms and conditions, in whole or in part, without obtaining your prior written consent or approval.
Additional Terms
If any term, condition, or provision of these terms and conditions is held to be unenforceable for any reason, it will be interpreted to achieve the intent of the parties to these terms and conditions to the extent possible rather than avoided and all other terms, conditions and provisions herein
will be deemed valid and enforceable. No other duties, obligations, liabilities or warranties, implied or otherwise, except as set forth herein, are included. These terms and conditions may not be amended or modified, except in writing, signed by Goodlife Coffee Co. Interpretation. You have had an opportunity to consult with counsel of your choice prior to accepting these terms and conditions. If an ambiguity or a question of intent or interpretation arises, no presumption or burden of proof will arise favoring or disfavoring any party by virtue of the authorship of any provisions of this Agreement.
Waiver of Right to Trial by Jury. HAVING HAD AN OPPORTUNITY TO CONSULT WITH COUNSEL OF THEIR CHOICE, THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THE RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY CLAIM EITHER MAY HAVE ARISING UNDER OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OR THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS BEING PROVIDED HEREUNDER.
Payment Policy
To confirm this agreement, an initial payment of 100.00% of the total contract amount is required. The remaining balance is due upon the earliest of, a) the receipt of goods or b) performance of services. Additional payment processing fees may apply.
General Cancellation Policy
You may remove one or more item(s) from your order, or cancel your entire order, according to the following schedule, but the following cancellation fees will apply, subject to any category-specific cancellation policies: 14 days prior: 50% of contract total, less any initial payment(s) (if refundable) Days prior refers to the number of days before the earliest of the receipt of goods or performance of services.
